Practice signup

Open your practice account. Five fields, no card.

No sales call to sit through. You create the account, walk a six-step setup and connect your practice's own WhatsApp number. Then bookings, reminders and recalls run from one place.

  • No card to start
  • POPIA by design
  • Stored in South Africa
  • Runs beside your practice system

What the next screen asks for

  1. Practice name

What patients call you. We derive your web address from it.

  2. Practice type

Dental or GP, shown on your practice profile.

  3. Your full name

You become the practice owner and first admin.

  4. Work email

Where verification, password resets and team invitations go.

  5. A password

At least 12 characters. You can add two-factor later.

You will also tick that you accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Notice. Both are worth reading first: they say what we do with patient data, and what we cannot undo.

After the account exists

Six steps to set the practice up.

The setup wizard opens straight after signup. Each step saves what you enter, so you can stop and come back. There is also a “load sample data” shortcut if you would rather explore first and configure later.

  1. Services & prices

The appointments you offer and what each costs. Booking, reminders and the claim sheet all read from this.

  2. Practitioners

Who works at the practice and what each of them does. Diaries are per practitioner.

  3. Opening hours

When patients may book. Patients and the AI receptionist cannot book outside them.

  4. Patient consent notice

The wording patients see when they consent. Yours to edit, and it is recorded against every consent.

  5. Connect WhatsApp

Connect your practice's own WhatsApp number through 360dialog. Until this is done CareSavi cannot message anyone.

  6. Your CareSavi subscription

The commercial side comes last, so nothing is asked of you before you have seen the product work.

Built, not promised

What you get as setup completes.

Everything below is built today and switches on as you finish setup. Messages sent outside WhatsApp's 24-hour window also need their templates approved, which we handle with you.

A WhatsApp number that answers

A shared team inbox where an AI receptionist books, reschedules, answers and hands over to a person the moment it should.

Recalls that surface themselves

A six-month check-up rule from day one, plus any intervals you add per service. Recalls fall due from visits completed in CareSavi.

Reminders at 7 days, 3 days, 24h and 2h

Sent on WhatsApp before every visit, with delivered and read ticks on each message, and replies landing in the team inbox.

Deposits and balances, collected

Paystack payment links, and a booking fee you can make optional or required. When it is required, the slot confirms once it is paid.

Registration and consent on the patient's phone

In the chat or on a secure form link, with consent recorded against the notice the patient saw, instead of a clipboard in your waiting room.

A dashboard that answers the owner's question

Money collected through CareSavi, where no-shows happen, and the balances your team has recorded.

Before you hand us patient data

The answers a practice is entitled to.

You stay the responsible party for your patients' information. We are your operator, and these documents are how you hold us to that.

What we process, why, on what basis, how long we keep it, and every right your patients can exercise.

Before you click

The five questions we always get.

Something else on your mind? Write to support@caresavi.com and a person will read it.

Do we have to leave the system we already use?

No. CareSavi runs beside your practice-management system and does not connect to EMD or any other system today. Appointments booked through CareSavi live in its own diary, which is what reminders and recalls work from, and you bring your patient list in with a CSV import. Nothing is switched off.

Can we keep our own WhatsApp number?

Yes. Connecting your own practice number is a step in the setup wizard. Until you finish it, CareSavi can see your diary but cannot message a single patient, so nothing goes out before you are ready.

Where does our patient data live?

In South Africa. Compute, database, cache and file storage all run in Oracle Cloud's Johannesburg region, and health data is encrypted record by record before it is written. The handful of services that necessarily sit outside the country (WhatsApp itself, the payment gateway and the AI model) are each named in the privacy notice with what they receive.

What does it cost, and when are we charged?

Pricing is tailored per practice rather than published, so the plan page routes to a conversation. You are not asked for a card to create an account, and the subscription step comes last in setup, after you have seen the product work.

What if it is not for us?

Tell us. Closing an account is handled by our team rather than a button in the app, and our team exports or deletes your practice's data on request. The privacy notice sets out what erasure reaches and the one thing it cannot, which is a WhatsApp message already delivered to a patient's phone.

Your patients, remembered from the first visit.

Open the account, connect your number, and let bookings, reminders and recalls run from one place.
